We cycled up one side of the canal
 And met a nice dog...
And took a break at one of the gates
Afterwards we enjoyed lunch at The Bothy

Scotland Day 3 - climbing Ben Nevis

We set off from Achintee Farm at about 9:30
 The sky was clear...

Surprise meeting - Tav who I climbed Kilmanjaro with - just back for 3 weeks at home!
On the trail we turned the corner and saw the top of the mountain
Half way up we got a marvelous view of the lake
 Nina did very well
And so did Amy and Miho
A para-glider was enjoying the view
 Amy had time to read...

To top of The Ben is rocky
And there was still some snow
 At the top

 On the way down

 Some beautiful flowers

Finally, we saw the Ben Nevis Inn!
