Hiking Scafell Pike - 978m

On Wednesday the 25th I drove over to Wast Water to climb Scafell Pike. Setting off at 5:00 am I drove looking at the full moon. After stopping for breakfast I started hiking at 9:15 am and reached the summit at 11:15. I took the recommended route up and then to the left of the peak. An alternative for another time would be to do the more direct climb up Mickledore. The weather was kind with the skies clearing as I got near the summit. The photos were taken chronologically.
