First triathlon of 17-18 season

The first triathlon was on the 20th of October this year - Nina came along with her friend Hannah and did a great job supporting me - thanks Nina!
Did the Sprint distance - 750m swim; 24km bike; 5km run - time was 6 minutes faster than the same race last season - was pleased☺☺
